Consultation services for vicarious growth

Utilizing a collaborative and compassionate approach, Elizabeth provides consultation services to a variety of professionals who specialize in working in areas where they are exposed to trauma and stress. Different from therapy or supervision services, consultation for vicarious growth focuses on building insight and skills that will assist the professional with doing their work longer. 

With appointments lasting approximately 50 minutes, each consultation is focused on helping the professional develop practices that will ground them. Rather than prescribing these to clients, Elizabeth focuses on assisting professionals in understanding how their unique selves including their history, culture, and beliefs impact which practices will ground them.
