Clinical Supervision Services

As clinicians, our greatest tool is our authentic self. Navigating the complexities of child, adolescent, and family therapy requires not just clinical knowledge, but a deeply supportive space to develop your unique professional voice.

My approach to supervision is a relationship-based, developmental process. Grounded in Family Systems Theory and a Humanistic framework, I meet you where you are in your professional journey. Whether you are an early-career associate looking for active, structured guidance or an experienced clinician seeking a collaborative, consultative space, my goal is to help you build strong systemic thinking, sharp case conceptualization, and unwavering clinical confidence.

Areas of Specialized Expertise

While I welcome clinicians working across a variety of settings, I offer specialized, developmentally informed, and trauma-responsive guidance for those looking to deepen their expertise in:

  • Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health (ages 0–5)
  • Attachment, Adoption, & Foster Care Concerns
  • Trauma Exposure, Abuse Histories, & Nervous System Regulation (navigating anxiety and fight/flight/freeze states)
  • Navigating Child Welfare Systems (DHS)
  • Clinician Wellness: Proactively managing vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout.

The Core Philosophy: In child and family work, it is easy to become overwhelmed by the system or lose your theoretical grounding. My supervision mirrors my clinical work: helping you build a rock-solid foundational framework so you can remain flexible, mindfully attuned, and regulated in the room—because when clients escalate, we regulate.

My Supervisory Style & Modalities

I utilize the Systems Approach to Supervision (SAS) to guide our day-to-day interactions, focusing heavily on reflective capacity, ethical practice, and cultural responsiveness. Because words can sometimes limit us, I actively integrate experiential mediums into our supervision to deepen insight and support your well-being.

Our work together may include:

  • Experiential Processing: Utilizing sand tray, art, and play-based mediums to gain fresh perspectives on tough cases (and modeling interventions you can use directly with clients).
  • Reflective Capacity & Mindfulness: Centering practices to support emotional regulation and manage the heavy emotional lifting of our field.
  • Integrating Diverse Frameworks: While I do not provide formal training or certifications in specific proprietary models, our clinical conceptualization will be heavily informed by a variety of trauma-informed, systems-based, and child-centered modalities.
  • Case Consultation & Documentation Review: Practical feedback, regular 6-month evaluation notes, and outcome tools (like ORS/SRS) to ensure you are meeting your professional goals.
